Description
Product Name:Inner nozzle
Product Description
HIMC developed series of corundum based ladle upper nozzles with new technique. The nozzles have the features superior resistance to thermal shock, erosion, oxidation and long service life etc. The products have been widely used in steelworks worldwide..
Based on the different content of carbon, the Inner nozzles are divided into two series: low carbon Inner nozzle and medium carbon inner nozzle. Low carbon Inner nozzle is especially suitable for both low-carbon and super-low-carbon steel grades

Product Name:Lower nozzles for ladle
Product Description
HIMC series of lower nozzles for ladle are made from corundum, bauxite, flake graphite, antioxidant and phenolic resin. They show the features of excellent thermal shock resistance, stable performance, good excellent corrosion and erosion resistance, strong cracking resistance etc.
Based on the different content of carbon, the lower nozzles are divided into two series: low-carbon lower nozzle and medium-carbon lower nozzle. Low-carbon lower nozzle is especially suitable for both low-carbon and super-low-carbon steel grades.
